A popular Sioux Falls statue couldn't stay on his feet and the driver who plowed into him barely could either.
The Mr. Bendo statue at Buck's Muffler on Cliff Avenue toppled Wednesday night when the driver of a mini-van lost control and plowed into his leg. Police say the driver was trying to make a high speed left turn when he lost control and hit Mr. Bendo.
The driver was given a sobriety test and charges are possible.
